• Financial Data: Transaction records, income, and expense entries that you voluntarily enter into the App. This data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore and is associated with your account.
• Device Identifiers: Automatically generated device and user IDs used for app functionality and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your user account
• To store and display your financial records within the App
• To provide core app functionality such as ledger tracking, reports, and summaries
• To improve app performance and user experience

All data is stored securely using Google Firebase services. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your financial records remain private and are only accessible through your authenticated account.

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication: For secure user login and account management
• Firebase Firestore: For secure cloud data storage

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

CashMate is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such data promptly.
